1. I was a little surprised in my fitness results. I tried my best and from my point of view I did exceptional. I think I need to increase my mile run and my upper body strength. I need to strive to do more push-ups. I will definitely increase my times the second time. 2. In my first assessment I did exceptional from my point my view. The next time my times will for sure be better. I plan to decrease my times by increasing my upper body strength.
