Check and monitor ITR(Inventory Turn Ratio) and prepare action plan to increase ITR. # Select and appreciate best MY MACHINE owner monthly once. # Every 15days once take fixed point photographs for 'After'status,when you reach the stage that difference between 'Before' and 'After' status photographs are very less then select next 5 spots and improve.
