PRO002: How do I set documents for auto-delivery using milestones? Our video demonstrates auto delivery of documents using Milestones.
Activity One Copy the system template for SHP – Shipments, for import sea freight. Add a Trigger against the destination arrival milestone to trigger delivery of the import arrival notice. Will this template work for export sea jobs? Answer: No, you need to create the trigger against a Shipment template for Export Sea.
Activity Two Copy the template created in the previous activity. Apply to one of the following organizations to make it client specific.
Activity Three Copy the system template for SHP – Shipments, for export sea freight. Add a Trigger against a milestone (of your choice) to trigger delivery of the two documents (of your choice).
