Scheduled General Preventive Maintenance i.Maintenance activities 

Ask for any faults on machines to be worked on



Switch off the machine and remove power cable before servicing



Open the covers and blow the inside and covers



Reseat all cables and Memory modules before replacing the covers



Clean the outer surfaces with Windolene and Methylated spirit



For printers clean all pickup rollers



Connect all cables to machine, power it up and check if the machine is working properly



Record the specifications ( memory size, HDD size and OS), machine model, and serial number



Inform the client of any defects, necessary upgrades and/or replacements



Prepare a report for the entire service done

Frequency Scheduled preventive maintenance is carried out every three(3) months
