Features hydraulic dampers ¡ Type 80: This damper has a piston diameter of 80 mm and

therefore a higher hydraulic stiffness (more efficient) compared to convential dampers. Triple sealing The dampers have a pistonrod of 40 mm to meet the requirements of long life with high side loads. All dampers have Teflon bands around the piston and in the guide, thus giving the damper a longer lifetime. All dampers have an induction hardened pistonrod which will give a long lifetime to the dampers. The dampers can be reconditioned. The dampers have equal forces in compression and rebound.
Features hydraulic dampers New seal solutions: New bearing Dellner Dampers has decided to replace the SKF bushing with a bushing that is made of phenolic fabric which is more suited for high side loads. This type of bushing is in our yaw dampers where the forces are higher. The softer material distributes the side load and reduces therefore any peak forces on the surface of the rod. A life cycle test with the vertical damper is just completed of 10 million cycles with very good results.

Features hydraulic dampers New seal solutions: New scraper Enhanced seal version. The traditional scraper is replaced by combination seal and scraper. The purpose of this new scraper is, without any extra cost, to work as an extra safety seal.
