ORION Software Federal bank All divisions of the company have its own finance department and all these divisions have to report to AGM at Ernakulum office. Data regarding production or sales or cash etc is entered in the respective dept. the finance dept will get it via the software. Daily collections made by the sales staff is deposited in the bank . Sales tax is filed monthly through e-filing from Adimali office & Income tax filings are made from Ernakulum office. External audit is done every 6 months. Internal audit is also done in the organisation.



It plans everything regarding production



It find out what is to be produced, when, what quality and it even informs the purchase department about what raw materials to be purchased for production.



PPC regulates stock inflow and outflow with the help of ORION software so the amount stock will be readily available.



They make plans according to the data provided by the marketing department. Based on this, they give instruction to purchase department and the production department.



They plan for 3 months later and it divided on monthly basis

Adimali and Theni The raw material (chilly, turmeric, coriander) are purchased in bulk are cleared, roasted, crushed, powdered and packed and dispatched to Adimali for further packing. Eastern Condiment deals with production and packing of curry powders, masalas, instant pickle powder and processing of pickles. The company has a production capacity of120- 150 tons per day.



Started Export in 1995 Above 100 tones/month Major portion of exported is to Dubai Product is marketed through distributors on commission basis For exporting the Company has a branch at Okkal and Irumalappadi in Kerala where special packing for exports is done.The rest of the procedural work is done at Adimali. Each country has its own specifications and requirements for the export product which has to be meet by the company before exporting. All transactions is done on dollar basis
