Metallic filter: Metallic filters are high velocity washable type permanent air filters. The media used is pleated layers of 14 screen aluminum I SS mesh arranged in multi layers and encased in aluminum or galvanized steel frame. The filters are low initial resistance, high dust-holding capacity and a low rate of increase in static pressure to provide peak filtration performance. Filters are built to last with multiple layers of specially arranged crimped electro-galvanized expanded metal and assembled in durable 18-gauge galvanized steel frames. Metallic filters are used for removing oil and grease from the exhaust air. The filters are UL listed and efficiency grade is G2 I G4.
Bag filter:

Bag filters are medium to high efficiency extended surface tyep filters which are manufactured from a new generation range of inherently anti-microbial, high lofted synthetic fiber filter media. Bag filters offers excellent filtration performance combined with high dust holding capacity and suitable for applications where highest degree of air cleanliness is required. The Bag filter material is made of glass or polymer fibers of different thickness or number of layers, depending on the required filter performance. The filters are UL listed and efficiency grades ranging from F5 to F9.
Pre filter: f-
UL listed pre filters are air cleanable filters made up of non-woven,high lofted synthetic (polyester) filter media and are available in various efficiency grades ranging from G2 to G4. Pre filters offer very high dust resistance and dust holding capacity than the other types of similar grade filters.
@ HEPAfilter: High efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filters are designed to screen particles larger than 0.3 µm with an efficiency of 99.99%. HEPAfilters are composed of a mat of randomly arranged fibres. The fibres are typically composed of fiberglass and possess diameters between 0.5 and 2.0 micrometers. Key factors affecting its functions are fibre diameter, filter thickness, and face velocity. Standard HEPA, High Capacity HEPA, Filters, and High temperature filters are several styles available. Filters are UL listed and efficiency grades ranging from HlO to Hl3.

MAJOR COMPONENTS Carbon filter: Carbon filters use the bed of activated carbon to filter off gas contaminants and impurities using chemical adsorption. Activate carbon has the affinity for the gaseous contaminants which it adsorbs and keep it in porous surface structure of the media. The activated carbon media is impregnated in potassium permanganate solution or phosphoric acid or suitable solution to remove various gaseous contamination in the air. Carbon filters in the form of granular activated carbon (GAC) has the most flexible properties.
Carbon granular gas removal chemical media is designed to effectively remove 99.5% of specific gaseous contaminants from the airstream. Target contaminants include: • • • • •

Manufactured from spherical and porous pellets, the carbon granulas composed of a combination of activated alumina and other binders. Potassium permanganate is impregnated to this media combination, in order to provide optimum absorption and oxidation of various gaseous contaminants. Potassium permanganate is applied uniformly during pellet formation and is distributed throughout the pellet volume. This process provides the maximum amount of impregnate for chemical reaction and optimal performance.

MAJOR COMPONENTS Electrostatic Precipitator An electrostatic precipitator (ESP) is a filtration device that removes fine particles like dust and smoke, from a flowing gas using the force of an induced electrostatic charge minimally impeding the flow of gases through the unit. • ESP technologies are used for the purpose of removing particulate matters from gas streams by applying an electrostatic charge to the fume & mist particulate with electrons emitted from the cathode section of the high voltage electric field, and negative ions produced as a result of co-mingling and collision of electrons and air molecules. • ESP applies energy only to the particulate matter being collected and therefore impart very low pressure drop on the air stream.
• Tiny size of the electrons (which is several orders of magnitude smaller than that of the fume & mist particulates) and the high density of electrons discharged (~1Xl08/cm3), ionization of fume & mist particulates entrained in the gas would be practically inescapable. • Negatively charged particulates are bound to be attracted to the positively charged anode section and get captured, thus achieving an extremely high air cleaning efficiency.

Fire Dampers Fire dampers are ive fire protection products used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC)ducts to prevent the spread of fire inside the ductwork through fire-resistance rated walls and floors. These UL certified fire/smoke dampers are similar to fire dampers in fire resistance rating, and also prevent the spread of smoke inside the ducts. When a rise in temperature occurs, the fire damper closes, usually activated by a thermal element which melts at temperatures higher than ambient but low enough to indicate the presence of a fire, allowing springs to close the damper blades.

Fan and Motor Assembly Fan and motor are mounted on heavy gauge galvanized steel base frame which is manufactured inhouse with high efficiency vibration isolators (Spring Isolators or Rubber mounts) ensures no vibration is transmitted to the unit casing. The isolators are designed for 92 % efficiency. The isolators are selected on the basis of weight of the fan and motor assembly and the higher value of RPMof the Fan or Motor.

s VFD s: The VFD s (Variable Frequency Drive) are designed to control the speed of electric motor. We can cut down energy costs by controlling the motor with a variable frequency drive, which is one of the benefits of Variable Frequency Drives. Star/Delta Starter Control s: Star/Delta Starter Control s are used for switching three-phase AC motors with very high inrush current. SID Control connects the motor to the power supply with a starting delay of 10 to 45 sec through a voltage reduction method and increases the applied voltage in steps by changing star to delta position automatically
DP Switch: A Differential Pressure(DP) Switch, just like a regular pressure switch, is a simple electro-mechanical device that operates on the basic principles of levers and opposite forces. Pressure Transducer: A pressure transducer, often called a pressure transmitter, is a transducer that converts pressure into an analog electrical signal. Although there are various types of pressure transducers, one of the most common is the strain-gage base transducer. The conversion of pressure into an electrical signal is achieved by the physical deformation of strain gages which are bonded into the diaphragm of the pressure transducer and wired into a wheatstone bridge configuration. Pressure applied to the pressure transducer produces a deflection of the diaphragm which introduces strain to the gages. The strain will produce an electrical resistance change proportional to the pressure.
