Attested photocopies of all academic Certificates and transcripts (in the case of language other than English translated documents into English must be attested by the respective diplomatic office / notary public). 2. Detailed syllabus mentioning all the contents for the foreign degrees/certificates earned. 3. Photocopy of Govt. order to pursue higher studies abroad (if any). 4. Attested port size photograph (One). 5. Photocopy of port (all used pages to proof valid visas during study period). 6. Enrolment letter/Student registration document/ document regarding on campus study (in order to prove the ission of the itted foreign institute). 7. Document in of credit & courses waived/transferred (if any). 8. 3 photocopies of application form along with the original application. 9 A Pay order of Taka 1000/- (One Thousand) in favour of The University Grants Commission of Bangladesh. 10. Application must be addressed to Director, Research and Publications, UGC, Agargaon, Dhaka. 11. Applicant must submit application within 11:00 to 13:00 of each working day at UGC 1 st floor (schedule is hard and fast). 12. Applicant must submit project paper/thesis related to degree program. 13. Applicant must submit soft copy and hard copy of the complete application. 14. Applicant must bring all the original documents including port which will be verified by the dealing officer. P.S t a) The application will be cancelled if incomplete or wrong information is provided.

b) Application processing duration is minimum three months from application submission. c) Law, Medical and Nursing degrees are not equivalent by UGC.
