JOB TITLE:

Analyst Level (0-3 years experience) or Associate Level (3-6 years experience)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Analyst/Associate will be performing the following: o financial modelling and analysis o creation of information memorandums, pitch books and power point presentations o involvement in all aspects of a transaction including pitching, due diligence, analysis, negotiation, documentation and closing o liaising with clients on deal transaction issues o performing industry/company research and analysis

REQUIREMENTS:

 Must have strong interest/knowledge in corporate finance, ing, financial valuation and capital markets concepts  Must have excellent teamwork, communication, presentation, writing and deal management skills  Depending on experience level, applicant must have strong financial modelling skills and transaction/industry knowledge  Must be willing to travel and work in other countries in Asia  Ideal applicants will have a bachelors or post-graduate degree in finance, economics, business management, ing or related field  CFA exam ers and A holders a plus
