consumer unit
The metal clad range of consumer units are available with a fixed and split load 100A fully tinned busbar. The units feature either a transparent or metal cover, protecting the
devices, and can be supplied as either a surface or flush mounted option. The 2 pole incomer options can be either a switch disconnector, RCCB or MCB. The outgoing devices are
either MCB’s or single / double modules RCBO’s. Blank inserts are available to cover unused ways. All consumer units have standard size knockouts and are delivered with earth bar, neutral
bar, busbar shroud and label kit. The units have been fully ASTA tested and comply with BSEN60439-3 (AnnexZA).

They are robust and versatile and can incorporate both MCB & RCBO. Unit includes both neutral and earth.

invicta 63 - MCB distribution boards description: The invicta 63 metal clad range of three phase and neutral distribution boards are available with a fixed load or split load pan assembly. They all have a fully flush fitted metal door with a "slam" type catch. All boards are delivered with both Neutral and Earth bars fitted and the
neutral is designed to wrap around the incoming device to ensure that extra wiring space is available for the outgoing devices. The incoming device must be selected and fitted by the installer. The top and bottom gland plates are removable and also include knock-outs to suit standard size conduits. The pan
assembly is fully shrouded and the busbars are one piece in design, this ensures that no "hot spots" can occur as there are no mechanical ts. The boards have been designed and independently ASTA tested to BSEN 60439-1 & 3.

U series - invicta 125 board system 400 A incoming, 125 A outgoing The metal clad range of Invicta 125 three phase and neutral MCCB distribution boards with incoming arrangements. They all have a fully flush fitted half metal door, which ensures the incomer is accessible at all times, with a quick release door catch. The boards are delivered with both Neutral and Earth bars fitted and
ample wiring space is provided around both the outgoing and incoming devices to make connection easy. All busbars, neutrals & earth bars are fully tinned. The incoming & outgoing devices must be selected and fitted by the installer. The top and bottom gland plates are removable to
help when connecting to trunking systems. The pan assembly is fully shrouded and the busbars are one piece in design, this ensures that no "hot spots" can occur as there are no mechanical ts. The boards are ASTA certified have been designed and independently tested BSEN 60439-1 & 3.
All MCCB’s comply with BSEN60947-2 and non-automatic MCCB’s with BSEN60947-3.

enclosed fuse combination switches and switch disconnectors The range of enclosed Fuse Combination Switches (FCS) and Switch Disconnectors (LBS) have been designed for easy installation. The robust enclosure is made from 1.2mm CR steel and the switching device offers the latest technology to ensure safe long lasting and
maintenance free operation. The switches have 4 break points to ensure that a high AC rating can be obtained. The FCS has s either side of the fuses which ensures that the fuse connections are totally isolated when the product is switched off. Operation of the
product is through a rotary handle that ensures that the enclosures cannot be opened when the device is in the switched on position. The 3 pole devices are delivered complete with Neutral Bar & earth point and the 4 pole with earth point only. The products have been
independently tested and fully comply with the requirements of BSEN60947-3

consumer unit
The metal clad range of consumer units are available with a fixed and split load 100A fully tinned busbar. The units feature either a transparent or metal cover, protecting the
devices, and can be supplied as either a surface or flush mounted option. The 2 pole incomer options can be either a switch disconnector, RCCB or MCB. The outgoing devices are
either MCB’s or single / double modules RCBO’s. Blank inserts are available to cover unused ways. All consumer units have standard size knockouts and are delivered with earth bar, neutral
bar, busbar shroud and label kit. The units have been fully ASTA tested and comply with BSEN60439-3 (AnnexZA).

invicta 63 - MCB distribution boards description: The invicta 63 metal clad range of three phase and neutral distribution boards are available with a fixed load or split load pan assembly. They all have a fully flush fitted metal door with a "slam" type catch. All boards are delivered with both Neutral and Earth bars fitted and the

enclosed fuse combination switches and switch disconnectors The range of enclosed Fuse Combination Switches (FCS) and Switch Disconnectors (LBS) have been designed for easy installation. The robust enclosure is made from 1.2mm CR steel and the switching device offers the latest technology to ensure safe long lasting and
maintenance free operation. The switches have 4 break points to ensure that a high AC rating can be obtained. The FCS has s either side of the fuses which ensures that the fuse connections are totally isolated when the product is switched off. Operation of the
product is through a rotary handle that ensures that the enclosures cannot be opened when the device is in the switched on position. The 3 pole devices are delivered complete with Neutral Bar & earth point and the 4 pole with earth point only. The products have been
independently tested and fully comply with the requirements of BSEN60947-3
