A
B - A = SAG (mm) Measure the length of the fork as shown below – this as measurement A. With the help of a second person, seat the rider on the saddle with feet on pedals and hands on the handlebar. Again measure the length of the fork - this as measurement B.

To calculate sag subtract B from A . The recommended sag measurement (in millimeters) as a percentage of your forks total travel, should fall within the guidelines listed in the attached chart. To increase sag, release air. To decrease sag, add air.
