El Líder del Consejo de Ancianos pide ayuda al Clan de los Hechiceros, estos intentan un arriesgado hechizo para que la Diosa Luna les entregue un hijo suyo. Esta criatura es mágica, en dos años alcanza el desarrollo de un hombre adulto y esta liso para conocer al rey. El que por cierto no tiene ningún deseo de conocer a ese muñequito hecho a la medida, pero tomando en cuenta que esa sería la salvación de su vida, y por lo tanto, del reino, así que terminan aceptando el regalo que los Hechiceros le llevan a su salón del trono. Lo que el rey no sabe, es que la reina calló en la tentación con ayuda de algunos que deseaban la muerte del rey, ya que no se atrevían a enfrentarlo de frente. El hijo de la Luna llega al castillo, y de inmediato demuestra que puede ser lindo, joven y totalmente inocente, pero que tiene el corazón de un tigre. El rey no le quiere, el Hijo de la Luna llega al castillo pensando que su compañero le espera con la misma ilusión que siente él. Un corazón roto, un rey celoso, traidores, amigos leales y un dulce final donde se recogen los frutos de hacer lo correcto aún a riesgo de la propia vida. Parece uno de esos romances malos de la coleccion Harlequin pero con hombres. Sus personajes son de un estereotipo atroz y una burla al genero de ficcion gay: Tristan y Merydas son descritos como Miss Universos (lindos y delicados) y hay momentos en que se te olvidan que son "hombres" sobre todo cuando le hacen "pucheritos" a sus parejas. Los verdaderos machos son Darcko, Julian, los generales y soldados. Ellos son altos, fuertes, inteligentes, y "zurran" a sus muchachitos en el trasero cuando se "portan mal". QUE TONTERIA!! La trama es predecible y floja y la narracion cansona llena de innecesarios adjectivos y escenas sexuales que solo hacen bulto (llego un momento en que me las empece a saltar).
