You can fill ONLINE Application Form by making online payment of D 500/- by Click Here. You can send a Demand Draft / CTS Cheque of D 600/- in favour of “ALLEN Career Institute” to get Application Form by post. You can collect Application Form from our Authorised Form Issue Counters on cash payment of D 600/- only. For course where ission is through ALLEN Scholarship cum ission Test (ASAT) Send completely filled Application Form along with requisite enclosures to our Corporate Office (KOTA). or it can also be submitted in person at our Classroom Center Office. Completely filled Application Form should reach us at least three days before the ASAT Date. Generate & print your ASAT it Card from our website and affix a recent port size color photograph on it and bring the same at the opted Test Center. Note :

1. Without it Card you will not be allowed to appear in ASAT. 2. For ission in a Phase, student may appear in any one of the ASAT conducted before the date of Course Commencement. Completely filled Application Form should reach us AT LEAST TWO DAYS in advance of Course Commencement Date. Through Demand Draft / CTS Cheque Fee can also be deposited through Single Crossed Demand Draft / CTS Cheque of the requisite amount at any of our classroom centers. 1. 2. 3.

Demand Draft / CTS Cheque should be in favour of "ALLEN CAREER INSTITUTE" from Nationalized Bank, payable at center office where form is being submitted. Student must write his/her Name, Form Number, Mobile No. on the back side of Demand Draft / CTS Cheque. Please ensure balance in before depositing the Fee by Cheque. cutting & over writing is not allowed. CTS Cheque should be issued from the bank of either student himself or his/her father / mother only (Third party cheque not allowed). a.

BY POST: Demand Draft / CTS Cheque can be sent through post / courier. Make sure that FEE must be received at our Corporate Office / Classroom Center office two days before the course commencement date. b. BY HAND: To deposit Demand Draft / CTS Cheque by hand at our office, first the student has to collect a preprinted fee challan from our any Center Office and fill it carefully before depositing. Important Point to  Fee Deposition Time: 11:00 AM to 07:00 PM  Fee in cash is not accepted at our office. Fee in cash can be deposited only at bank branch/counter.



In case of Cheque Return, Student will not be allowed in class with immediate effect & legal action will be taken under the Negotiable Instrument Act. (Demand Draft /CTS Cheque Return charge D 500/-)

Through Credit / Debit Card Fee can also be deposited at any Center office by swiping Credit Card / Debit Card. ( Bank Transaction Charges Extra ). in Case of ASAT : Fee can be deposited only after qualifying the Test for courses where ASAT (ALLEN Scholarship cum ission Test) is applicable.Student may deposit their fee through any one of the above modes. Kept your fee receipt safely, in many cases it will work as a authentic proof of your registration at ALLEN.

After fee deposition student must collect their Unique Electronic ID-Card by showing the original fee receipt.

After completing the ission process, student's Batch & Building details will be sent to him/her by SMS on Mobile no. as specified in Application form,after that he/she has to report in the institute along with his/her Unique Electronic ID-Card, at the date,time and venue specified in SMS.

After deposition of the fee, stream/phase/course/batch change is permissable (subject to availability of seat and performance of the student ) on payment of applicable fee.

For ission at Kota Center for all courses, student has to bring self or parents identity proof in original (any one of Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Driving License or port) along with original marksheet of class 10th (for Nurture (when available), Enthusiast, Leader and Achiever course)
