LIMITATIONS  The primary data has been collected from the middle and upper sections of the society.  All the data has been collected at random but it is always liable for biasness.  A very small sample size of 10 people has been taken out of the total customers therefore the analyses cannot be taken for final words.  The data has been collected from central Mumbai and thus the perception of people from the smaller towns cannot be judged.
