 (2) Certificate of Title. Sample Certificate of Title . Make sure to include the verbiage required by General Rules of Practice Minn 220 Birth Certificates, and secure the Estate (parcel # 12-345-67890); The Name is the legal description for the Land which is the Body. 
 (3) By Annex, to Memorandum of Trust (.doc), or Certification of Trust. Which one to file, depends on your state laws. Google to find “starter” templates and to research your local statutes to see if a memorandum or certification of Trust is appropriate for your location. Samples found via google California, Ohio
