Arabic Text [as requested by my fellow brothers and sisters] Assalamu Aleykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu, In Shaa Allah with this copy of the du’a by Sheikh Mishary Rashid Al-Afasy, we will be able to memorise this du’a with ease. ‫ َوا ْنصُرْ َنا َعلَى‬،‫ َواجْ َع ْل َثأْ َر َنا َعلَى َمنْ َظ َل َم َنا‬،‫وارث ِم ّنا‬ ِ ‫َو َجعل هل‬ ‫ك ِف ٌِ َنا َوَلَ ٌَرْ َح ُم َنا‬ َ ُ‫وب َنا َمنْ َلَ ٌَ َخاف‬ ِ ‫ َوَلَ ُت َسلِّ ْط َعلَ ٌْ َنا ِب ُذ ُن‬،‫َمنْ َعادَا َنا‬ (Oh Allah apportion to us such fear as should serve as a barrier between us and acts of disobedience, and such obedience that will take us to your Jannah, and such as will make us easy to bear the calamities of this world, Oh Allaah, let us enjoy our Hearing, and our sight, and our power, as long as you keep us alive, and allow this to remain until our death, Oh Allaah avenge us over those who have oppressed us, and us against those who are hostile towards us,and let not those rule over us who do not fear You and does not show mercy to us.)

َ ْ‫ َو َدمِّر‬،‫ٌن‬ َ ‫ك َوال ُم ْش ِر ِك‬ َ ْ‫ َوأَ ِذ ََّلل ِّشر‬،‫ٌن‬ َ ‫اإلسْ ال َم َوالمُسْ لِ ِم‬ ِ ‫الل ُه َّم أ ِع َّز‬ َ‫أ‬ َ ِّ َ ْ‫اإلس‬ ْ ْ‫اح‬ ْ‫ع‬ ً‫ َواج َمع َكلِ ِم َة المُسلِ ِمٌن عل‬،‫الم‬ ‫ة‬ ‫ز‬ ‫و‬ ‫ح‬ ‫م‬ ‫و‬ ، ‫ٌن‬ ‫د‬ ‫ال‬ ‫ء‬ ‫دآ‬ َ َ َ ِ ِ ِ ‫الح ّق ٌا َربّ ال َعال ِمٌن‬ َ (O Allah! Raise the standing of Islam and the Muslims,and degrade the Shirk and the Mushrikeen [Polytheists], destroy the enemies of the Deen, and protect the lands of Islam,and gather the words of all the Muslims on the words of truth Oh Lord of Mankind!)

ّ ٌ ،‫الّله ّم أبرم لِ َها ِذه األمّة امرا َر ِشٌدا‬ ‫ وٌُذ ّل فٌه‬،‫ُعز فٌه أهل ال َطا َعة‬ ،‫ وٌُنهى فٌه َعن المُنكر‬،‫ وٌؤمر فٌِه ِبال َمعرُ وف‬،‫عصٌة‬ ِ ‫أهل ال َم‬ ‫أرحم الرّ ا ِحمٌن‬ َ ‫ِبرح َمتك ٌَا‬ (O Allah! Grant this Ummah a guiding command, by which those who obey You are strengthened, and those who disobey You are degraded, and in which the good is commanded, and the evil is forbidden with [clear knowledge], bless us with staying away from it, with Your mercy, O Most Merciful!)

We ask You by every Attribute of Yourself, which You called Yourself, or revealed in Your Book, or taught any of Your creation, or kept exclusively in the knowledge of the Beyond with You, that You make the Quran the spring of our hearts, the light of our bosoms, the expelling of our sadness, and the taking away of our worries and depression.)

ُ ‫ َو‬،‫ َو َعلَّمْ َنا ِم ْن ُه َما َج ِه ْل َنا‬،‫اَللَّ ُه َّم َذ َّكرْ َنا ِم ْن ُه َما َن ِسٌ َنا‬ ‫الوته ا َناء‬ َ ‫ارزق َنا ِت‬ ‫ُرضٌك ع ّنا‬ ‫الّلٌل‬ ِ ٌ ‫الوج ِه الّ ِذي‬ َ ‫ َعلى‬،‫اف ال ّنهار‬ َ ‫واطر‬ َ (Oh Allaah, remind us what we forgot of it, teach us of it what we have not learned, and grant us its recitation during the depths of the night and the edges of the day, in the manner that pleases You,)

ْ ‫ اللّه ّم‬،‫وارحمنا واع ِتق ِر َقابنا ِمن ال ّنار‬ ‫اغفر لَنا‬ ‫الّله ّم اغفِر ل َنا‬ َ ‫ وم َشاٌخنا‬،‫واصحاب َنا‬ ‫وارحا ِم َنا‬ ،‫ وألزوا ِجنا وذرّ ٌّاتنا‬،‫َولوال ِدٌ َنا‬ َ َ َ ‫صانا بد َعاء‬ ‫ ولِ َمن لَه َحق‬،‫الخٌر‬ َ ‫صانا واستو‬ َ ‫ و َمن او‬،‫وح ّكامنا‬ ‫كرٌم‬ ِ ‫َعلٌ َنا ٌَا‬ ‎ (O Allah! Forgive us and have mercy upon us and free our necks from the Fire. Oh Allah! Forgive us and our parents, our wives and our children, And have mercy on us and our companions, and our clerics and judges, and those who have instructed us to pray for goodness, and who have rights over us, Oh Most Generous!)

‫ انزل َعلٌنا‬،‫ انت الغنًّ و َنحنُ الفُ َقراء‬،‫الّلهم انت هللا َلالَه ّاَل انت‬ َ ‫ال َغ‬ ‫ ََل‬،‫ اللّه ّم سُقٌا َرح َمة‬،‫ اللّه ّم أغثنا‬،‫ٌث َوَل َتجْ عل َنا ِمن ال َقا ِن ِطٌن‬ ‫سقٌا َعذاب َو ََل َهدم َو ََل َغ َرق‬ (Oh Allah! You are [our] Allah, there is none to be worshipped except You, You are Rich and we are Poor! O Allah! Send down rain as a blessing to us from You, and do not let us be of those who despair of Your Mercy, O Allah , send us rain [relieve us], O Allah! Shower us with Your Mercy, not with [Your] punishment nor and end [with] no purpose)

‫ ٌَا‬،‫ َف َال َتم َنع ع ّنا ِبذ ُنوب َنا َفضْ لك ٌَا َك ِرٌم‬،‫اللّه ّم إ َّنا َخلق ِمن َخلقِك‬ ،‫أرحم ِمنه‬ ِ ‫ َو ََل ٌَ ِجد ال َق‬،‫الوافِدون َعلى ْأكر َم ِمنه‬ َ ‫ون‬ َ ‫اص ُد‬ َ ‫َمن َل ٌَفد‬ َ ٌَ ‫ إلى ِس َعة‬،‫ َو ٌَا َخٌر من َأوى إلٌه َطرٌ ٌد‬،‫اخٌر َمن َخال ِبه َوحٌ ٌد‬ َ ‫ َو ََل ُتبلِ َنا ِب‬،‫ َف َال ُتولنا ال ِحر َمان‬،‫ك مددنا اٌدٌنا‬ ‫سران‬ َ ‫الخٌ َبة َوال ُخ‬ َ ‫َعفو‬ (Oh Allah! We are just creatures from Your creations, Please, do not leave us with our sins, Oh Most Generous!, O He none more generous than whom is reached by the reachers, and none more merciful than whom is found by the aimers!, O Best of those with whom the lonely are alone, O Best of those with whom outcasts seek haven!, Toward the expanse of Your pardon have we extended our hands, Show us no deprivation, and afflict us not with disappointment and loss!)

،‫ َوَل َه ّما ِا ََل َفرَّ جْ َته‬،‫اَللَّ ُه َّم ََل َت َدعْ لَ َنا فًِ م َقا ِمنا َها َذا نبا ِا ََل َغ َفرْ َته‬ ‫ َو ََل‬،‫ َو ََل َم ِرٌضا ّإَل َشفٌ َته‬،‫ض ٌْ َته‬ َ ‫ َوَل َدٌْنا ِا ََّل ق‬،‫َوَل َكرْ با ِا ََّل َن َّفسْ َته‬ ‫ َو ََل‬،‫ َو ََل ولدا اَلّ اصلَح َته‬،‫ضاَل ّإَل ه َدٌ َته‬ َ ‫ َو ََل‬،‫مُب َتلًَ ّإَل َعا َفٌ َته‬ ‫ك‬ َ َ‫ ِهً ل‬،‫ائج ال ُّدن ٌَا واآل ِخ َرة‬ َ ‫ َو ََل َح‬،‫َش ِهٌدا اَلّ َتقبَّلته‬ ِ ‫اجة ِمن َح َو‬ ‫ك‬ َ ‫ وٌسّر َتها ِب َرح َمت‬،‫ضا ِئ َها‬ َ ‫ ّإَل أعنتنا َعلى َق‬،‫ص َالح‬ َ ‫ِرضا َول َنا ِفٌها‬ ‫أرحم الرَّ ا ِح ِمٌن‬ َ ‫ٌَا‬ (O Allah! Do not leave a sin of ours in this position, except that You forgive it, nor any concern except that you create for it an opening, and all the grief but you heal it, a debt without having it paid back, an illness unhealed, a handicap without relief, and those lost but to guide them, and make our sons good believers, and not a martyr, but you accepted [his cause], and [do not leave] a need from the needs of the Dunya or the Aakhirah, without providing for it with ease, and no need (of ours) with which you are pleased, and is good for us in this world and the hereafter, and [do not leave] any of our needs unfulfilled, By Your mercy, Oh Most Merciful of the merciful!)

Arabic Text [as requested by my fellow brothers and sisters] changed [in faith], Oh Allah! We beseech You (to grant us) the love of You, and of those who love You, and of all deeds that can bring us nearer to Your love.)

ّ ،‫الوحْ دَانٌّة‬ َ ‫ك ِب‬ َ َ‫ٌن َش ِهدوا ل‬ َ ‫ الّ ِذ‬،‫مٌن‬ ِ ِ‫مٌع َمو َتى المُسل‬ ِ ‫الله ّم اغفِر لِ َج‬ ‫ َو َما ُتوا َعلى َذلِك‬،‫َول َنبٌِّك ِبالرِّ َسالَة‬ (O Allah! Forgive all the dead Muslims, those believing that there is no god other than You, and your Prophet Muhammad [SAW] with his message,and died on that [cause])

ْ ‫الل ُه ِّم‬ ،‫ َو أَ ْك ِر ْم ُن ُزلَه ْم‬،‫ َوعا ِف ِهم َواعْ فُ َع ْنهم‬،‫اغفِرْ لَهُم َوارْ َحمْ هم‬ ُّ ‫ َو َن ِّق ِهم من‬،‫الث ْلج َو ْال َب َر ْد‬ َّ ‫اغ ِس ْل ُه ْم ِب ْالما ِء َو‬ ْ ‫ َو‬،‫َو َوسِّعْ م ُْد َخلَه ْم‬ ‫ب‬ ِ ‫الذنو‬ ِ َّ ‫والخطاٌا َكما ٌ َن َّق‬ ْ ْ ‫الث ْوبُ األَ ْب ٌَضُ ِم َن ال َّد َن‬ ‫س‬ (O Allah! Forgive their sins and have mercy on them, keep them safe and sound and forgive them, honour the place where they settle, and make their entrance wide, wash them with water and snow and hail, and cleanse him of sin as a white garment is cleansed of dirt.)

َ ‫ َت‬،‫صارُوا اٍلٌه‬ ‫حت‬ ِ ‫ارحم َنا اللّه ّم ِب َرحْ َم ِتك ا َذا‬ َ ‫صر َنا الَى َما‬ َ ‫َو‬ ‫ب َوحْ ـ َد َنا‬ ِ ‫الجنا ِد ِل وال ُّترا‬ َ (We ask You to have mercy on us, as well, when we become like them, under earth lonely and helpless [as no more deeds are allowed])

ُ ‫رض َوال ُّن‬ ‫ ٌَا‬،‫شور‬ ِ ‫ وام َّنا ٌَو َم ال َع‬،‫اللّه ّم آنس َوح َشت َنا فِى القُبُور‬ ‫َع ِزٌ ُز ٌَا َغفُور‬ (Oh Allah! Divert our restlessness in the grave into peace, and secure us [until] the Day of the Land and Resurrection, The Mighty, The All Forgiving)

َ ‫ك ِم َن‬ ‫ َما َعلِم َنا ِمن ُه َو َما لَم‬،‫ َعا ِجلِ ِه َوآ ِجله‬،‫ٌر ُكلّه‬ َ ُ‫اللّه ّم إ َّنا َنسْ أل‬ ِ ‫الخ‬ ُ ‫ َو َنع‬،‫َنعلَم‬ ‫ َعا ِجلِه َوآ ِجله َما َعلِم َنا ِمن ُه َو َما لَم‬،‫ك ِم َن ال َّشرِّ ُكلّه‬ َ ‫ُوذ ِب‬ ‫َنعلَم‬ (O Allah! We ask You everything that is good, in this world and in the hereafter, whether we know it or not, and seek Your protection from everything that is bad, in this world and the hereafter, whether we know it or not.)

ُ ‫ َو َن‬،‫اللّه ّم إ َّنا َنسْ ألك الج ّنه‬ ‫ك ِم َن َّنار‬ َ ‫عوذ ِب‬ (Oh Allah! We seek from You the Jannah [Paradise], We seek refuge from you from the Hell Fire!)

‫اللّه َم أ ِجر َنا ِم َن ال َّنار‬ (O Allah! Save us from the fire!)

‫ وبك‬، ْ‫ك ِمن ُعقُو َب ِتك‬ َ ‫ َو ِب ُم َعا َفا ِت‬،‫ك من َس َخ ِطك‬ َ ‫ضا‬ َ ‫اللّه َم ا ّنا نعوذ ِب ِر‬ َ ٌ‫ت َك َما أَ ْث َن‬ َ ‫ك أَ ْن‬ ‫ك‬ ِ ْ‫ك ََل نح‬ َ ‫ْت َعلَى َن ْف ِس‬ َ ٌْ َ‫صً َث َناء َعل‬ َ ‫ِم ْن‬ (O Allah! I seek refuge in You being pleased with me against Your Wrath upon me, and in Your Pardon against Your Punishment, and in You against You. We cannot count the praise You are worthy of in the same manner You have praised Yourself.)

‫حبه اجْ َم ِعٌن‬ َ ‫و صلًّ اللَّه َّم َعلًَ َنب ٌِّ َنا مُحمّد َو َعلً آلِ ِه َو‬ ِ ‫ص‬ (and send Your prayers, peace and blessings on our Prophet Muhammad and on his family, companions and followers.)

‫اللّـ ُه َّم آمٌـــــــــــــــــــن اللّـ ُه َّم آمٌـــــــــــــــــــن اللّـ ُه َّم آمٌـــــــــــــــــــن‬ Allahumma Ameen. Allahumma Ameen. Allahumma Ameen.
