GOAL: Prepare the pupils on NAT on everyday basis Mechanics : 1. Teachers prepare 5 item test questions everyday. 2. Before the start of the lesson pupils will answer the said question using show me board or designated notebook for NAT. 3. A consolidated 20 item test questions will be given every Friday “the NAT day “ 4. GOAL: To practice and expose our learners in answering reading comprehension test.
Mechanics: 1. Prepare a story where pupils can read before the lesson. The story could be a part of the lesson, an event or story of ones life. 2. After reading and brief discussion about the story, a 3 or 5 question test will be given based on the story 3. In English and Filipino Subjects give more lengthy reading exercises 4. GOAL: To enhance the ability of every pupil in solving math problem using multiplication table
Mechanics: 1. Recite multiplication table daily before starting the lesson for mastery. Monday : Table of 4 and 5 Tuesday :Table of 6 Wednesday: Table of 7 Thursday: Table of 8 Friday: Table of 9 2. Five students will be randomly selected and recite a specific multiplication table 3. do procedure number 2 until all pupils will be called. After that start again. 4. Exercises on different mathematical operations should be given to the pupils during review class
GOAL: Use Math problem as often as we can in every subject area in the best possible way
Mechanic: 1. Use Math problem in English as springboard to the topic to enhance pupils comprehension. 2. Other subjects could also use Math word problem as springboard

Mechanics: 1. Give questions in the form of word problem during formative, quizzes and summative test. 2. Provide more questions and exercises in solving world problems during review sessions 3. Always give one word problem assignment everyday.

CIRCLE OF 5 Intensive review for the pullers off-session twice a week
GOAL: Prepare the pupils on NAT on everyday basis Mechanics: 1. Include in the lesson plan 5 items NAT Drill to be given every day before starting the lesson 2. The questions should be based on the least mastered skills of the previous NAT 3. Discuss briefly the items in the drill with the most number of errors for better understanding 4. Record the scores to identify the pullers in each sections.
GOAL: Mastery of the subject area, to enhance the vocabulary and familiarize the pupils with the questions.
Mechanics: 1. 20 items assessment test will be given to the pupils every Friday. 2. The NAT Drill questions will be used for the assessment test for 3. Pupils will compare the result of everyday NAT drill with the result of NAT assessment. 4. Plot the points on the NAT Progress Chart.
GOAL: Address the LMS and concentrate on mastering it.
Mechanics: 1. 30 items test will be given every month 2. Identify the least mastered skills based on the result of the test. 3. make a parallel test for more exercises to enrich their reading comprehension.

Mechanics: 1. Spend one hour twice a week to review the pullers. 2. Discuss the items with the most number of errors to fully understand the questions 3. Give more parallel questions for mastery. Utilize previous NAT test as reviewer
GOAL: More focus on pullers Mechanics 1. 5 pullers will attend NAT review off-session every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 2. The teachers will make sure that the pullers will not go home unless they get perfect score

Mechanics: 1. Give questions from the lessons taken in Grade IV and V. The coverage should be from 1st to 4th grading period 2. Grade IV and V teachers should provide test questions to be used by the Grade VI pupils
GOAL: Provide the pupils in exercises with long paragraph so that they will be familiarized and used to it
Mechanics: 1. Long paragraph set of questions should be given to the pupils during review class for familiarization. 2. Construct formative test and quizzes in a paragraph form so that the pupils will be used to it.

Mechanics: 1.Give 5 important names and dates which is usually included in the NAT test to be memorized by the pupils weekly. 2. Giving it as a NAT drill every day will also help the pupils

system that aims to provide teachers a tool/materials that can be use in NAT review. It utilize materials and equipment in school to enhance and intensify the NAT review. ANSWER is an intervention program that adjust to the needs of a 21st learners.

Mechanics: A. Face to Face Session Estimated time (1-1 and 30 mins per session) # of Pupils: 30 per session
A teacher pupils face to face review session composed of 15 minutes discussion about a topic to refresh the pupils the needed skills in a particular lesson. After the discussion the pupils will be divided in two groups set . Set A that composed of 15 pupils will take the paper and pencil test that composed of 20 items test .
Pupils will answer the test in 20 minutes. Set B will take the CBNAT, a 20 item test using computer to answer the questions. After 20 minutes Set A will take CBNAT and set B will take paper and pencil test.
B. Online Based Review System # of Pupils: ALL
A online based group where all pupils can . Activities, questions as well as websites that can be helpful to pupils in reviewing NAT will be posted in the group page where a pupil could access on a regular basis. Monitoring system will also implement to ensure that a pupil participate online
