SEJARAH PJBUMI Jul 1985:
Pembinaan Jayabumi (Sarawak) telah ditubuhkan.
1989:
Pembinaan Jayabumi memulakan pembuatan sistem Tangki Septic di kilang Sungai Petani, Kedah. Jun 12th 08:

Pembinaan Jayabumi melancarkan projek “Satu Kampung Satu Pengeluaran” di Kubang Pasu, Kedah.
2003:
PJBUMI, yang mulanya dikenali sebagai Pembinaan Jayabumi Sarawak telah tersenarai di Papan Kedua, Bursa Saham Malaysia.
2005-2007
Feb 28th 08:
PJBUMI mengalami kerugian teruk selama 3 tahun berturut-turut. PICORP mengambil-alih 30.2% saham PJBUMI Berhad and menjadi pemegang saham terbesar PJBUMI Berhad.
Mei 08:
Ibu pejabat PJBUMI berpindah dari Taman Setiawangsa ke Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam. PJBUMI “Business Turnaround Strategy” dilancarkan.

It must take care of the BACTERIA. It must meet DOE new requirement and produce EXCELLENT EFFLUENT i.e. Standard A. It requires minimum SPACE and can be located in building, under car park, road, garden , basement etc It does not produce bad SMELL. It does not require regular DESLUDGING, only once every 3-5 years. The Bi-Act BI-ACT SCBA process comprise of 5 components
1. Solid/ Grease Separator : Remove sizable objects & particles, Separate Oil & Grease.. 2. Equalization Tank use Anaerobic bacteria to digest the waste and this tank will also balance and equalize the influent. 3. Aeration Tank. During rotation of the Bi-Act BI-ACT SCBA aerator, Aerobic bacteria will digest the waste in water. 4. Clarifier/ Setting Tank Separate suspended solids from treated clear water. Sludge will deposit to the bottom of the tank and will be partially returned to the aeration tank for repeated treatment(digestion). 5. Sludge Holding Tank Storage of sludge. The overflow will be returned to Equalization Tank for additional treatment(digestion).

It must take care of the BACTERIA. It must meet DOE new requirement and produce EXCELLENT EFFLUENT i.e. Standard A. It requires minimum SPACE and can be located in building, under car park, road, garden , basement etc It does not produce bad SMELL. It does not require regular DESLUDGING, only once every 3-5 years. It does not need to add NUTRIENTS or BACTERIA into the STP. It can handle the FLUACTATION of wastewater flowing into the system. It require minimum MAINTENANCE and low POWER CONSUMPTION. The Bi-Act BI-ACT SCBA process comprise of 5 components
1. Solid/ Grease Separator : Remove sizable objects & particles, Separate Oil & Grease.. 2. Equalization Tank use Anaerobic bacteria to digest the waste and this tank will also balance and equalize the influent. 3. Aeration Tank. During rotation of the Bi-Act BI-ACT SCBA aerator, Aerobic bacteria will digest the waste in water. 4. Clarifier/ Setting Tank Separate suspended solids from treated clear water. Sludge will deposit to the bottom of the tank and will be partially returned to the aeration tank for repeated treatment(digestion). 5. Sludge Holding Tank Storage of sludge. The overflow will be returned to Equalization Tank for additional treatment(digestion).
