PURPOSE by John Maxwell Two Human Challenges. 1. To FIND ourselves -Find purpose 2. To LOSE ourselves.  When the purpose is bigger than ourselves Mark 8:34 “we can save our life if we lose our life” 1. We discover our PURPOSE. Jer 29:11 “God has thoughts and plans for me.” -Building your self image. How do wind it? What am I IONATE about? ion – The great energizer. Some people are already dead, they haven’t made it official yet. It’s possible that you are ionate in something that you are not good at or gifted in. ion sets us apart from OTHERS. Set us above the crowd. Crowd is so full of average. When you’re ionate about something, it may not be reasonable but you do it anyway. Dreams and Finding your purpose. Put your dreams to a test. There are a lot of people that have a dream. God has sometimes people that want you to complement other’s dream. Putting your purpose into the purpose of someone else. Your purpose might be for corporate or collective use. 2. What are my GIFTS? -Be good at it. -Have an opportunity to use it.

-Be energized by it. When you are in the area of your strength, you are energized by it. When you are in the area of your weakness, you get worn out. -Have capacity to develop it. 2. Give your purpose to something BIGGER than you. When you are bigger than your purpose, you have a career. When your purpose is bigger than you, you have a calling. Success is when I add value to myself, significance is when I add value to others. Our WHY is bigger than US. When you find your WHY, you find your way. Calling = What I do is what I Love to do. I’ll retire when I die. I live because I found my purpose.
