DEED OF PARTITION This DEED OF PARTITION, made and entered into by and among: AAA, of legal age, (single/married), Filipino and with residence at, Camarin, Caloocan city; BBB, of legal age, (single/married), Filipino, and with residence at Bargy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan city;-andCCC, of legal age, (single/married), Filipino and with residence at Bargy. 178, Camarin, Caloocan city; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, the above-named parties are the co-owners of that certain parcel of land situated in Camarin, Caloocan city and more particularly described as follows: Transfer Certificate of Title No. 123 IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that certain land situated in the Caloocan City, Metro Manila, Philippines, bounded and described as follows: “A parcel of land (Lot 56, Block 67, of the consolidationsubdivision plan Pcs-5913, being a portion of the consolidated Lots 895, 898 and 901, Tala Estate, LRC (CLRO) Rec. REYES, of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence at 1864 San Antonio St., Camarin, Caloocan City.
