This is to reiterate our previous directive to conduct target hardening measures in all places of convergence such as: LRT/MRT Terminals, Bus Terminals, Piers/Port Terminals, Malls, Hotels, Vital Installations and Other Commercial Establishment. 3. In this connection, conduct intensify info/intel gathering on suspicious activities observed and monitored in your respective post and immediate vicinity. Likewise, monitor the presence of armed group believed to be planning to conduct criminal/terroristic activities in your respective place of assignment. 4.
