We personally know that ALEJANDRO SALINAS has always used the middle initial “S” (which stands for SILVA) in all his dealings and is in fact known to all his friends and family, including us, as ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS. 3. Mr. Salinas’s birth certificate however, bears the name ALEJANDRO SALINAS (without the middle name Silva). 4. The full name ALEJANDRO SALINAS and ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS refers to one and the same person, named ALEJANDRO S. SALINAS. 5.
