Bring with you your test permit and 2 pencils (Mongol #2) with eraser. 4. Release of test paper will be posted on specified date at the TUPC Covered Court or visit our web site, www.tup.edu.ph. 5. Qualified for interview may secure your ission Slip to the Office of issions and strictly follow the schedules and requirements as stated on the ission Slip. NOTE: . Applicants for Engineering and BSIE major in Computer Education courses should have a general point average of 85% with no grades lower than 85% in Math, Science and English and no failing grades in any of grading period. . Applicants for BSIE major in any of the Technology Areas should have a grade point average of 80% with no grades lower than 80 in Math, Science and English and no failing grades in any of grading period. . For transferees, no failing grades in any of the subject and may enroll only in 3 year Diploma Courses. . Only those physically fit and submit the following documents on specified date are allowed to enroll during enrollment period. 1. Original copy of form 138/ 137 or transcript of records. 2. Certificate of Good Moral Character. 3. Barangay Clearance. 4. Xerox copy of Birth Certificate (NSO authenticated). . Failure to report on the specified schedule will mean forfeiture of ission slot.
