Dear Sir: Good Day! I respectfully wish to request for your kind approval in granting me an exemption from wearing uniform this First Semester School Year 2019 – 2020 until the end of the semester. This is in line with the On-The-Job Training Program that we will be having for our subject Industry Immersion and Seminars listed on the curriculum of the College of Architecture. We assure the school istration that we will always be properly and decently dressed while inside the university premises. Attached herewith is a photocopy of our Certificate of Enrolment which includes our detailed schedule. Your consideration is highly appreciated. Thank you and to God be all the glory.
