I have always had a strong interest in both the law and public service. Lastly, I’ve also had the privilege to teach and mold young minds by working as a political science professor in St. Paul University Surigao. I was impressed by the fact that the prosecutors I’ve spoken to were not focused solely on obtaining the harshest punishment for the defendants that they prosecuted. A career with the Department of Justice, specifically the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor, would be a natural outcome of my longstanding interest in public service and my academic concentration on criminal law, civil law, remedial law, and trial practice.
