Information Información

To satisfy the refrigeration requirements in high, medium and low temperature applications as well as different humidity conditions three ranges of unit coolers are available: 1. 4mm fin spacing 2. 6 mm fin spacing 3. 9 mm fin spacing Distributors and refrigerant circuits were carefully optimized to ensure maximum efficiency of the heat exchangers under various operating conditions. Suction pressure gauge connection was added to allow correct performances of the unit coolers. All models use external rotor motor high efficiency low consumption fan motor assemblies, incorporating internal thermal protection. All fans have been statically and dynamically balanced. All fan motor assemblies are wired into the units electrical box. Insulation class F, protection IP-55

General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality copper tube ø12 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars. The casing: White power coated aluminium, high corrosion strength, impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris. The fan motors: All with high quality axial fan motors with high safety standards fitted well to the unit casing with an anti-vibration system. Defrost heating: Provided by stainless steal heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned pack and in the drain pan.. Electrical parts and wiring: Are connected to an earth terminal, carried out in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable grands. All materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability.

Características generales: Nuestros paquetes aleteados de alta eficiencia están fabricados con aletas de aluminio de perfil especial y tubo de cobre de ø12 mm de alta calidad. Instalación y partes eléctricas: Conexión a toma de tierra, instalada en caja de conexiones con agujeros de equipados con sistema de estanqueidad. Todo el material seleccionado cuidadosamente para su fiabilidad a largo plazo.

The fan shrouds are designed to obtain homogenous airflow with long air throw. Special Polyamide guiding vanes are available (as accessories) improving the long flow range behavior of the fans, avoiding of “thermal short circuit” specifically in long and narrow cold rooms. The stainless steel electric heater elements are inserted into aluminum tubes in the finned pack permitting a quick and efficient defrost of the coil. The heater elements are connected to the units electrical box. For special conditions of applications heaters for the fan shroud can be supplied. To satisfy the refrigeration requirements in high, medium and low temperature applications as well as different humidity conditions three ranges of unit coolers are available: 1. 4.5 mm fin spacing 2. 7 mm fin spacing 3. 10 mm fin spacing Distributors and refrigerant circuits were carefully optimized to ensure maximum efficiency of the heat exchangers under various operating conditions. Suction pressure gauge connection was added to allow correct performances of the unit coolers.

General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality copper tube ø15 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars. The casing: White power coated aluminium, high corrosion strength, impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris. The fan motors: The fans of 500mm, 550mm, 630mm, and 800mm (depending on model) comes with a three phase external rotor motor, IP 54 protection and a working range of -40ºC / +40ºC All evaporators are shipped with an standard electric connections box Defrost heating: Provided by stainless steal heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned pack and in the drain pan.. They come built in as standard and as optional in the 4mm series, are shielded with stainless steel tubes, it’s terminals are vulcanized over the tube to prevent moisture problems, are strategically located in the evaporator to get an even defrost. They are inserted on an aluminum shell to avoid steam and easy replacement.

Todos los evaporadores se envían con conexiones a la caja eléctrica de serie. Sistema de desescarche: Proporcionado por resistencias de acero inoxidable enfundadas en tubos de aluminio localizados en el paquete aleteado y en la bandeja de desagüe. Van incorporados de serie y son opcionales en la serie de 4mm, sus terminales están vulcanizadas sobre el tubo para evitar problemas con la humedad, se ubican estratégicamente en el evaporador para conseguir un desescarche uniforme. Están insertados en una vaina de aluminio para evitar el vapor y para su fácil reposición.

To satisfy the refrigeration requirements in high, medium and low temperature applications as well as different humidity conditions three ranges of unit coolers are available: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5.

Distributors and refrigerant circuits were carefully optimized to ensure maximum efficiency of the heat exchangers under various operating conditions. Suction pressure gauge connection was added to allow correct performances of the unit coolers.

General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality copper tube ø15 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars.

The casing: White power coated aluminium, high corrosion strength, impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris.

La carcasa: De aluminio pintado blanco al polvo electrostático, con alta resistencia contra la corrosión y los impactos. No produce residuos tóxicos.

The fan motors: All with high quality axial fan motors with high safety standards fitted well to the unit casing with an anti-vibration system.

Los ventiladores: Los ventiladores utilizados de 500mm, 550mm, 630mm y 800 mm (dependiendo del modelo) dotados de motores trifásicos de rotor externo, IP-54 funciona a temperaturas correspondiente -40ºC/+40ºC.

Defrost heating: Provided by stainless steal heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned pack and in the drain pan.. Electrical parts and wiring: Are connected to an earth terminal, carried out in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable grands. All materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability.

Todos los evaporadores se envían con conexiones a la caja eléctrica de serie. Sistema de desescarche: Proporcionado por resistencias de acero inoxidable enfundadas en tubos de aluminio localizados en el paquete aleteado y en la bandeja de desagüe. Van incorporados de serie y son opcionales en la serie de 4mm, sus terminales están vulcanizadas sobre el tubo para evitar problemas con la humedad, se ubican estratégicamente en el evaporador para conseguir un desescarche uniforme. Están insertados en una vaina de aluminio para evitar el vapor y para su fácil reposición.

All models use external rotor motor high efficiency low consumption fan motor assemblies, incorporating internal thermal protection. All fans have been statically and dynamically balanced. All fan motor assemblies are wired into the units electrical box. Insulation class F, protection IP-55 The fan shrouds are designed to obtain homogenous airflow with long air throw. Special Polyamide guiding vanes are available (as accessories) improving the long flow range behavior of the fans, avoiding of “thermal short circuit” specifically in long and narrow cold rooms. The stainless steel electric heater elements are inserted into aluminum tubes in the finned pack permitting a quick and efficient defrost of the coil. The heater elements are connected to the units electrical box. For special conditions of applications heaters for the fan shroud can be supplied. Los distribuidores y los circuitos de refrigerante fueron cuidadosamente optimizados para asegurar la máxima eficiencia de los intercambiadores de calor bajo varias condiciones de operación. Para aplicaciones en condiciones especiales del calentador se pueden suministrar calefactores para los conductores de aire del ventilador.

To satisfy the refrigeration requirements in high, medium and low temperature applications as well as different humidity conditions three ranges of unit coolers are available: 1. 2. 3. 4.

Distributors and refrigerant circuits were carefully optimized to ensure maximum efficiency of the heat exchangers under various operating conditions. Suction pressure gauge connection was added to allow correct performances of the unit coolers. All models use external rotor motor high efficiency low consumption fan motor assemblies, incorporating internal thermal protection. All fans have been statically and dynamically balanced. All fan motor assemblies are wired into the units electrical box. Insulation class F, protection IP-55

General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality copper tube ø12 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars.

Defrost heating (optional): Provided by stainless steal heater elements covered by the aluminium tubes, located in the finned. Electrical parts and wiring: Are connected to an earth terminal, carried out in junction box with access holes equipped with water-proof cable grands. All materials are selected carefully for long-term reliability.

The fan shrouds are designed to obtain homogenous airflow with long air throw. Special Polyamide guiding vanes are available (as accessories) improving the long flow range behavior of the fans, avoiding of “thermal short circuit” specifically in long and narrow cold rooms. The stainless steel electric heater elements are inserted into aluminum tubes in the finned pack permitting a quick and efficient defrost of the coil. The heater elements are connected to the units electrical box. For special conditions of applications heaters for the fan shroud can be supplied. General features: The high efficient coils are made from high quality cooper tube ø9.52 mm and special profile aluminium fins. Heat exchangers are supplied clean and tested under a pressure of 30 bars. The casing: Black coated galvanized steel (on customer’s request), high corrosion strenght , impact resistance, and does not produce polluting debris.

·The new manifold suspension system eliminates manifold tube with the condenser frame providing full protection for the manifold tubes during transport, installation and operation. ·High efficiency fan shrouds eliminating air backflow and turbulences. ·With floating technology between copper tubes and galvanized steel.eliminage any leakage problem. ·Each fan section is separated from the others. ·High performance fan motors with low energy consumption, statically and dynamically balanced, thermally protected. ·El nuevo sistema de suspensión de los manómetros elimina el o del tubo del manómetro con el marco del condensador entregando completa protección durante el transporte, instalación y operación. ·El protector de loos ventiladores de alta eficiencia elimina el retorno del aire y turbulencias. ·Con tecnología de flotación entre los tubos de cobre y el acero galvanizado se elimina cualquier problema de filtración. ·Cada sección del ventilador es separada de la otra. ·El alto rendimiento de los motores de ventilador y bajo consumo de energía, balanceados estatica y dinamicamente con protección térmica.
