DOCUMENTATION REPORT OF HIGHLY IMMERSIVE PROGRAMME OUTREACH PROGRAM (HIP) “4 IN 1” Teacher Participation Outreach Activity(s): Team Building & Health Talk “I speak English too…” Programme Objective(s): i. To promote the use of English among teachers. ii. To provide a platform for teachers to learn English from community and organizations with good English environment iii. To cultivate positive attitude towards the use of English among teachers iv. To implement the best practice in relationship, communication, collaborations and leadership through team building and health talks. Total no. teachers involved: Please help me to fill here Percentage: 100% Comments: The one day program gave teachers an opportunity to relax their mind during the weekend. The program started with Zumba which really enjoyed by the teachers. Then, the program continued with games. Teachers worked in team and arranged the alphabets into meaningful words. The last slot of the program was health talk. The talk advised teachers about healthy lifestyle. All the activities conducted in English. This help teacher to implement the best practice in relationship, communication, collaborations and leadership. The activities also provide a platform for teachers to communicate in English and cultivate the positive attitude towards using English. The program was very successful and teacher enjoyed the activities. Challenge: Some teachers still prefer to use their mother tongue language to communicate rather than using English. Hopefully, they will have more positive attitude towards using English in the future.
