E-Aduan • Customer System • It was developed to provide students and staff to voice out their complaints about matters pertaining to UiTM. • e-Aduan Fasiliti  • related to facilities in UiTM for instance the electrical, mechanical, telecommunications, civil, landscape, infrastructure and event management. • e-Aduan system was implemented with the objective of to provide a medium for receiving complaints via internet from the students and staff
