LESSON SUMMARY : Teacher starts the class by recalling the previous lesson about the Mr.Ramesh’s burglary case. Then, teacher show a slide power point to pupils and explain about the uses and types of apostrophe. Then I am going to make a quiz to pupils. For post writing, I am going to give a worksheet about apostrophe to pupils. Pupils need to complete the worksheet. Last but not least, I am going to recaps today ‘s lesson. CONTENT STANDARD : READING LEARNING STANDARD : 1.2 By the end of the 6-year primary schooling, pupils will be able to write 3.2.3 Able to punctuate correctly : using appropriate language, form and style for a range of purposes. (a) apostrophe PUPILS` PREVIOUS KNOWLEDGE : - Pupils was learnt about possessive pronouns before. OBJECTIVES: At the end of the lesson, pupils will be able to: 1) Response orally about the usage of apostrophe. 2) Punctuate the apostrophe correctly 3) Write the sentences with apostrophe correctly.
