Receta de panquecas: Hola, mi nombre es Nichole Mendoza. Soy estudiante de Ingeniería Marítima de la UMC. En este video aprenderemos a cocinar una de mis recetas favoritas, que además es muy fácil y rápida, panquecas. Ingredientes: Los ingredientes que necesitamos son:       

1 huevo, ligeramente batido. 1 taza de leche. 1 cucharada de extracto de vainilla. 1 taza de harina de trigo. 2 cucharadas de azúcar. 1 cucharada de polvo para hornear. 1 cucharadita de sal.

Preparación: 1. En un recipiente grande, mezclamos el huevo, la leche y el extracto de vainilla. Debemos batir, preferiblemente con un batidor de alambre, hasta que esté espumoso. 2. En otro recipiente, mezclar la harina, el azúcar, el polvo para hornear y la sal. Debemos batir con un tenedor. 3. Agregamos los ingredientes secos a la mezcla de huevo y batimos hasta que todos los ingredientes se integren homogéneamente. 4. Posteriormente, le colocamos un poco de aceite a un sartén grande antiadherente y lo calentamos a fuego medio-alto. 5. Vertemos la mezcla en pequeñas cantidades sobre el sartén. Dejamos que se cocine durante aproximadamente por 5 minutos y luego le damos la vuelta con una espátula. 6. Cocinamos por un minuto más o menos, hasta que los bordes estén completamente hechos y las panquecas estén doradas. ¡Y listo! Podemos servirlas con mantequilla, miel, chocolate, entre otras cosas.
