Disassembling:

*

Be sure to remove power plug from power outlet after operation.

* Loosen fixing screw (No.19) on both sides. * Remove parts in order as diagram shown and then chopper end be taken apart. * Keep parts dry after cleaning and assemble together in the reverse order.

Before the power source starts, please first do eliminate Chopper End (NO. f6) in the foreign matter.

When meat chopped out is in bad condition: ( i ) Blade & Mesh plate are out of balance: send forth to repair department or grinding factory. ( ii ) Blade & Mesh plate are worn out without jutting out of the opening of chopper end : remove chopper end and put a washer on

the axle of motor. Standard jutting specification of Mesh plate is 2-4mm. 16

B.

Motor is unworkable: (i) Noiseless 1. Is fuse from power supply broken? -Change a new one . 2. Is the wire electrified? Check the wire to be hold down or broken due to moving -Replace a new one. 3. Is motor burned up? -Send forth to repair department. (ii) Powerless 1. Blade & mesh-plate is worn out or uneven -Need grind ing or put a washer on axle of motor. 2. Voltage is lowered -Send for qualified electrician. 3. Extension is too long or too thin -Send for qualified electrician. (iii) Motionless 1 . Switch is worn out and causes bad touch -Change a new one. 2. Capacitor is burned up -Change a new one. 3. Motor starter is burned up -Send forth to repair department.

Remarks: The operating time of this machine should have 30 minutes break after one hour working.

C. Quadrangle Stud fall off (i) Reverse motion should only be applied no longer than 5 seconds when the chopper is blocked. (ii) Reverse motion applied too often or longer than 5 seconds might loosen the quadrangle stud and make it fall off. D. Mesh-plate broken (i) Mesh-plate was hit by the quadrangle stud. (ii) The blade was applied in the wrong direction. E. Overload (i) Power button was not turned on firmly. (ii) Objects in chopper while turn on the power.

. Sausage making:

1. Use 12. 7mm or 19.1 mm Mesh plate to grind meat, add spice and mix up. 2. Remove Mesh plate and Blade, then fix sausage fun nel. 3. Pour meat on tray and feed some meat ready to stuff on the end of chopper end. 4. Put intestines on sausage funnel. 5. Switch on.

4. · Ae sure to:install the chopper on the table and put it in the opening for ventilatio-n. 5. Be sure to match one blade with one plate without changing at random, no space will be leaved and it works smoothly and noiselessly, Thus, it will enlarge its life of use.
